ANALYZER SYSTEM FOR FIELD-EMISSION ENERGY-DISTRIBUTION (FEED) MEASUREMENTS

摘要
A newly designed analyzer system for measuring the energy distribution of field emitted electrons (FEED) is presented. A Kuyatt-Simpson type lens system is combined with a two-stage 127 degree analyzer. A resolution of 15 meV is obtained with a transmission energy of 0. 5 eV.
