摘要
A cell-free biosynthetic study with the marine macrophyte Gracilariopsis lemaneiformis showed by mass spectrometry and C-13 nmr that molecular oxygen was the source of the two hydroxyl groups in the novel eicosanoid (12R,13S)-dihydroxy-(5Z,8Z,10E,14Z)-eicosatetraenoic aicd [3].
