ADVICE TO THE DIRECTORS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

The work is based on theoretical and methodological advice for the preparation of university officials in the management of human resources, in line with current social demands. Reveals the problems related to the scientific search for an alternative preparation, from the context of performance management suite, from learning needs identified in practice. For its solution is presented as objective to propose actions of advice to managers in managing human resources enhancing knowledge, expertise and know how to be. It offers its foundations: the definition, methodological criteria, requirements, strategy consulting and indicators. The implementation procedure is implemented in the system of college work in interaction with the stages of development of leadership skills to facilitate the preparation of management in the workplace.
