摘要：
The scattering of Rayleigh waves by a resonating element is investigated for the first time. A simple mechanical oscillator is adopted as the resonator model. It is shown that the reflection coefficient can attain a value of 0.5 near the natural frequency of the resonator, suggesting the possibility of constructing wideband acoustic mirrors for Rayleigh waves.
