摘要：

Diabetes insipidus and a pituitary mass were detected in a 54-year-old patient who was admitted with polyuria and polydipsia. As metastases were found in the brain of the patient who also had panhypopituitarism, the primary focus was investigated and lung cancer was revealed. Our aim of this presentation is calling attention to the delay of diagnosis of lung cancer and trying to solve it. Thus, we think that although routine screenings are not recommended to smokers, they should be evaluated with a chest X-ray when they present in a hospital with complaints associated with the lungs.
