摘要
The interference of two-step α-transfer processes with the direct elastic and inelastic scattering of 16O + 24Mg are calculated with particular emphasis placed on reactions going via the symmetric 20Ne + 20Ne channel. We study the characteristic features of such interference processes and point out possible ways to observe them. In the case of 16O + 24Mg it is found that the two-step α-transfer cannot explain a reported anomaly in the inelastic scattering distribution. © 1979.
