摘要：

The cytology of the vitreous fluid in a patient with AIDS and a necrotising retinitis who had been treated for two months without improvement revealed numerous tachyzoites and eosinophils; the culture was positive for T. gondii whereas the Goldmann Witmer ratio was normal.
