摘要
We consider a low density electron gas (r(s) approximate to 10) imbedded in a highly dirpersive bachground, and show that the large dispersion leads to a sharp and large velocity peak at k = k(F), which persists in the presence of screening. This peak accounts for the anomalous transport properties of high-T-c cuprates in the normal state,the temperature dependence of the Hall effect and TEP, as well as the high value of T-c.
