摘要
The main objective of the present research is to study in depth the effects of the mediation training, both on teachers and on students. The present research analyzes how the mediation training influences both the students and the teachers from the "Las Americas" high school in Parla, Madrid, comparing them with a control group, which hasn't received this mediation training. The results pointed out that mediation training could have an impact on socio-moral thinking, by facilitating the development of skills such as empathy or the adoption of new perspectives, among the students; as well as better perception and identification of the conflicts in both groups (teachers and students).
