摘要：
When alkaline solutions of the flavones (flavone (I) and 4'chloroflavone (III)) in benzene were irradiated by UV light, they underwent electronic rearrangement to give the products II and IV having cyclobutane ring. The structures of the products have been established by the spectral and elemental analyses.
