摘要
This essay is dedicated to the comparative analysis of two alternative approaches to the measurement of shadow economy. Asserted that conceptions of modern institutional economics of shadow economy proved by the practice of statistics measurement. It's considered as a large scientific achievement. Unification of alternative approaches to the measurement of shadow economy considered as the real actual problem.
