A characterization of structural Nikol'skii - Besov spaces using fractional derivatives

摘要
The Nikol'skii-Besov spaces B(alpha)pq(R-n), 1 <= p, q <= infinity, alpha > 0, are defined in terms of modulus of continuity and they are characterized using the partial derivatives of the Poisson integrals. In this work we show a characterization of the functions of B(alpha)pq(R-n) using the Caputo noninteger order derivative of the Poisson integral.
