摘要
We propose a mathematical construction of an indirect stabilizing control in general dynamic systems. The construction relies on integral processing of a feedback signal with a bounded operator. This operator is the solution of the problem of periodic observation (estimation) of a direct stabilizing control, whose existence is assumed.
