摘要
In this study we allude to some of the most significant legal victories that have been unleashed in the Spanish legal system, -especially following the entry into force of our Constitution of 1978-by the full recognition of women's rights, in matter of family, marriage and parent-child relationships. These changes have come to recognize the role that women de iure have been legitimately called upon to play as citizens in all areas of life (family, work, political, economic, cultural and social) and that so many times has been unjustly taken from them.
