3D ISING-MODEL AND 2D INDUCED GRAVITY

摘要
The 3D Ising model (3DIM) is investigated near the critical point. It will be shown that in this limit in 3DIM there are induced gravitational modes, which are described by the SL (2, R) current algebra with coupling constant K. The singularities of the two-dimensional surfaces, immersed in 3D euclidean space are taken into account. Their contribution to the partition function is equivalent to the contribution of the anyons with charges + 1/2(K+4) and conformal spin 1/2[1+1/2(K+4)] included in the problem under consideration. The Knizhnik-Polyakov-Zamolodchikov equation for the renormalized matter-field coupling constant K is changed and the solution D = 3, K = 0 is found.
