摘要：
The paper presents a mean value analysis model for determining some congestion measures of job shop-like systems such as the flexible manufacturing system (FMS). The performance measures analyzed include the mean queue-length, the mean flow time, and the expected throughput. Computational aspects of the model are discussed.
