摘要
Zinc-free cubic pig insulin has been crystallized under conditions which yielded large single crystals. Data were collected to 1.7 Å spacing and the rotation function (Rossmann & Blow, 1962) and translation search used to determine phases. The resulting maps indicate that this phase set can be used as a starting point for refinement of the structure. © 1978.
