摘要
The natural frequencies of a circular cylindrical shell can be calculated using the simple equations given by Soedel's or Koga's expressions. In general, the two expressions are accurate and useful, as demonstrated by the good agreement with the numerical solution and experimental data for the four types of boundary conditions and the various L/R ratios considered. However, each equation presented gives best results for different types of boundary conditions. Soedel's expression compares well with finite element solutions for lower values of n.
