摘要：
High-field dielectric response is investigated using the technique of nonequilibrium Green's functions based on an Airy-coordinate formulation. The field-dependent polarization function of the system is derived and the screening function is examined. The de-screening of the carrier interaction due to a high electric field is shown explicitly.
