Studying Heraldry in Russian Part of Internet

The article is dedicated to the modern heraldry in the Russian segment of the Internet. As the author shows, it is characterized by the growth of public interest in heraldry. The growth leads to the development of professional and amateur study of this subject, and to abuse of this interest by a number of unscrupulous companies because of commercial purposes. The overall conclusion of the article is: in spite of the many problems of the organization of education in heraldry, the trend of its development can be called positive.
