摘要
The I-V characteristics of a high T(c) Bi - Pb - Sr -Ca - Cu - O film tunnel junction in the temperature range of 11 - 110 K are investigated. The measurement of (dI/dU) (U), (dU/dI) (U) gives the energetic gap of DELTA = 19 meV, 2-DELTA/kT(c) = 5.5 for the 80 K phase and DELTA = 36 meV, 2-DELTA/kT(c) = 7.59 for the 110 K phase.
