摘要
This article presents the results of a literary review on the concepts of organizational justice and work performance in connection to the people with disabilities. The search was performed on open access bibliographical databases, restricted to full texts and reference texts online and printed versions in higher education institutional libraries. The findings give ground to the evidence of the incidence of the actions of the companies on the organizational justice perspective of employees and the relationship between them and the work performance. However, this correlation has been established on workers without limitations or restrictions on their performance, but not on employees with a given disability, much less in Colombian context.
