摘要
:
cdc2 kinase regulates the progression of eukaryotic cells through the division cycle. Events such as cell growth, DNA replication and mitosis are coordinated through the activation of specific forms of this kinase. Here I discuss our present knowledge of the mechanisms that regulate the activity of cdc2 kinase. © 1990.
