摘要
Alloys with excellent thermal stability and hardness have been found in alloy systems of nickel-group VI transition metals-carbon, such as Ni-Mo-C, Ni-Cr-Mo-C, Ni-Cr-W-C, Ni-Mo-W-C and Ni-Cr-Mo-W-C, by a rapid quenching technique. Crystallization temperatures and Vickers hardnesses increase with increasing chromium, molybdenum and tungsten contents and their maximum values attain 843 K and 1150 DPN, respectively. The effectiveness of alloying elements becomes larger in order of Cr, Mo and W. These alloys possess good bend ductility in the as-quenched state and the aged state before crystallization.
