摘要：

The article treats the phenomenon of debt as a specific kind of social relations that is stipulated by absolute values of existence and expressed in creation of kindness. In contrast to widely accepted two-phase model of debt phenomenon formation, its genesis is presented as a three-phase process (apperception, interiorization and creative praxis). The development of social self-governance is referred to as a concrete and the most effective way of debt phenomenon actualization. In the authors' view it allows fulfilling successful spiritual self-identification and personality self-determination in the system of social interaction. It also influences the institutions of the civil society and legal state formation and above all institution of social partnership.
