摘要
We have studied the temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient and the in-plane resistivity of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta single crystals. The carrier concentration was changed in a reproducible way by controlling the oxygen content delta. The data show that the resistivity follows a nearly linear T-dependent law with an increasing contribution of a parabolic term with delta. As in other cuprates, we observed an anomalous T-dependence of the Hall coefficient and the mobility in a wide range of temperature.
