摘要
Practice of social life in the last decades did not confirm the expectations of social psychologists concerning the capabilities of social psychology to prevent the destruction of human relations. On die basis of M. Deutsch's common value framework of the majority of social psychologists, the authors analyze some causes of this relative lack of success of social psychology in last decades. They formulate a hypothesis regarding the negative meaning of using natural human needs for closeness and warmth in the establishment of the need to be recognized in social psychology. The dependence of a child on adults is also misused to make children give up their spontaneity, openness and authenticity. The authors stressed two conclusions: do more for the individual than for the ''society'', e.g. more for his fulfillment then for his utilization. It is necessary to study not only what we are but also how and why we became what we are.
