摘要
There were isolated and identified 103 bacterial strains (Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas caviae, Aeromonas sobria,Pseudomonas fluorescens, Shewanella putrefaciens, Chryseobacterium indologenes) from those 243 samples received in laboratory for diagnosis of diseases outbreaks recorded in fish stocks. Fish species susceptible to diseases were cyprinids, salmonids, acipenserides, and various species of exotic fish. Of the total of bacterial strains isolated motile aeromonade were predominant in a percentage of 88%. Bacterial infections caused by motile aeromonade group (Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas caviae, Aeromonas sobria), are the most common, their occurrence manifesting through the all year, during summer and autumn. Although the potential pathogenic bacteria are normally found in the composition of healthy fish intestinal microflora, the bacterial infection caused by these through the colonization of hematopoietic organs (kidney, spleen), is triggered by various factors with negative impact on fish populations.
