摘要
AOT reverse micelles are used to covalently link hydrophobic molecules to ribonuclease. Structural comparison of AOT reverse micelles in the presence and in the absence of native and modified ribonuclease is reported. The size and intermicellar potential of filled and unfilled micelles determined by small-angle X-ray scattering and the percolation threshold are found unchanged.
