摘要：
A dynamic model of the temperature regime of soils based on the standard data collected by the Hydrometeorological Service is developed. A method of calculating the thermophysical characteristics of the model at below-freezing soil temperatures is presented. Application of the model to soils of the Arctic tundra gives results that are consistent with field observations. The response of the model to changes in the meteorological input parameters is investigated.
