摘要：
The authors report a case of chloralose intoxication. This unusual intoxication may be specially throught of in underpriviligied and rural sections of the population. The main symptoms are coma, convulsions, respiratory, distress, neurovegetative perturbations. Prognosis is good if early symptomatic treatment is provided.
