摘要
When transferred to the plant genome, the rolA gene of Agrobacterium rhizogenes induces numerous changes in plant phenotype, including prominent leaf wrinkling and dwarfism. Cytological, physiological and molecular studies were carried out on tobacco plants expressing rolA with the goal of explaining these developmental modifications.
