摘要：
Signal-to-noise ratio and tracking linearity of a signal source can be improved using a combination of oversampling technology and delta-sigma modulation. The tracking linearity at small output signal levels is especially improved using this technology with limiting word length feeding to an existing output digital-to-analog converter, at analog-to-digital converter test signal generations.
