摘要
1. 1. Talaromyces emersonii when grown on cellulose (purified material from spruce, beet-pulp or newspaper) containing media produces a complete extracellular cellulase complex having 1.85FP units of activity/ml of culture filtrate. 2. 2. The enzyme catalyzes extensive degradation of soluble and a variety of insoluble (crystalline) celluloses both pure and waste". 3. 3. With respect to potential practical applications of cellulolytic organisms Talaromyces emersoni would appear to compare favourably with Trichoderma viride. © 1979."
