摘要：
The advance of technological resources, combined with the ease of access to information and media, are promoting changes in the way of teaching and learning. Thanks to tools available on the web, the Internet has gone from a read-only environment to an environment in which the user participates actively becoming reader and author content. Thus, the user, information search, interact with friends, professionals, specialists and create a personal learning. Becomes the driver of their learning process. This article aims to reflect on the Personal Learning Environment as a learning resource for the teacher.
