摘要
Optimal conditions for generating accumulated long-lived photon echo in an LaF3 : Pr3+ crystal (resonant transition H-3(4)-P-3(0)) were studied with the purpose of developing a dynamic optical memory. The dependence of the echo signal intensities on the number of identical pairs of recording pulses was assessed experimentally. The theory of the effect based on a generalized Bloch model is proposed, taking into account the influence of spectral diffusion.
