摘要：
A patient with bilateral multicentric testicular concretions is presented which led to the diagnosis of Carney's complex. Besides, this dominant hereditary syndrome is characterized by mucocutaneous pigmentations and benign myxoid tumors of the skin. An examination of the mother led to the detection of an atrial myxoma. The differential diagnosis of testicular calcifications, the characteristics of Carney's complex and the proceeding are discussed.
