ELECTROCHROMIC AND MECHANICAL-PROPERTIES OF FLEXIBLE POLYANILINE/POLY (P-PHENYLENE TEREPHTHAL AMIDE) COMPOSITE FILM

摘要
Composite film (PAn/PPTA film) was prepared by electrochemical polymerization of aniline in poly (p-phenylene terephthal amide) (PPTA) film bearded on ITO glass. As the results of electrochemical, electrochromic and mechanical examinations, the PAn/PPTA film was found to be selfsupporting (tensile strength : 110MPa, tensile moduls : 5GPa), and has almost the same electrochemical and electrochromic properties as PAn film. In electrochromic behaviour, the PAn/PPTA film has longer cycle-life than that of PAn film. The origin of the long cycle-life period performance of PAn/PPTA film was studied by comparing Zn2+ and ClO4- contents in PAn film and PAn/PPTA film after charge and discharge in the cell consisted of Zn \ Zn(ClO4)(2) . PCsol. \ PAn(ITO) or PAn/PPTA(ITO).
