摘要：
The scattering of Rayleigh waves by a resonant element is investigated. It is shown that the modulus of the reflection coefficient can attain 0.4-0.5 over a broad frequency band (almost-equal-to 4O%). The amplitudes of longitudinal and transverse waves scattered into the substrate are calculated, and the directivity patterns of these waves are determined.
