摘要
The structure developing during the electrocrystallization of copper and nickel was studied in a comprehensive way, and its special features were revealed. The evolution of the substructure was examined under the conditions of thermal and mechanical loads. The influence of different structural elements on the structural stability and reliability of the electrodeposited films during their use was revealed.
