摘要
To what extent does ideology define the behavior of an ordinary man or of a social scientist? To what extent are the actions of a revolutionary determined by his ideological premises, which he was going, as it seemed, to realize? Why do modern revolutions, undertaken with faith in democracy, lead to the establishment of antidemocratic regimes? Is there any connection between such social types as an industrial manager, a social scientist and a revolutionary? Al-asdair MacIntyre tries to answer all these questions.
