摘要：
Administrative communication is one of the administrative roles emerging out the necessities of information and communication age and enables also perform the function of administrative. The aim of this study is to analyze the dimensions of administrative communication in the Turkish Public Administration system and application styles in hierarchical relations. In this regard, a questionnaire is conducted in health organizations of Konya.
