摘要：
In article results of research of the basic changes of the state trade are resulted, features of transition to trade by cards and population supply on strictly certain norms in Southern Ural Mountains in days of the Great Patriotic War in territorial frameworks of Kurgan, Chelyabinsk and Chkalovsky areas are analyzed.
