摘要：
F-18-FDG PET and PET/CT are useful for staging, predicting the prognosis, and evaluating recurrence and treatment response in hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) and cholangiocarcinomas. Increased F-18-FDG uptake within tumors could be a surrogate marker of aggressive behavior and poor clinical outcome, despite high false-negative rates in detecting primary intrahepatic low-grade HCCs and periductal-infiltrating cholangiocarcinomas. Dualtracer PET or PET/CT using carbon-11acetate and F-18-FDG will increase diagnostic performance in HCC.
