摘要：

Wilson's disease is a defect of biliary copper excretion due to mutation in ATP7B gene. Copper accumulation occurs primarily in liver and later in brain causing oxidative damage leading to various hepatic and neuropsychiatric manifestations. Atypical presentations of Wilson's disease include cardiomyopathies, endocrinopathies (hypoparathyroidism), Fanconi syndrome and renal failure. Musculoskeletal presentations are very rare. We present a case of Wilson's disease that had a long prodrome of polyarthritis mimicking rheumatoid arthritis, without any concomitant hepatic or neuro-psychiatric manifestations.
