摘要
Radiographic coronal and sagittal plane dimensions of the lumbar spine were measured in 194 subjects with a history of low back pain. Lumbar scoliosis and lordosis, sacrohorizontal angle and sacral inclination were determined. The prevalence of lumbar scoliosis was 13.9 per cent; female sex (P = 0.002) and age (P = 0.006) were significantly associated with the increased rate. Among the other measurements the sacrohorizontal angle decreased significantly (P = 0.02) with increasing age. These data are similar to those given in the literature on normal people and no correlation with low back pain syndrome and radiographic coronal and sagittal plane configurations is found.
