Standards for leak detection and leak testing This article summarizes national and international standards of relevance for leak detection and tightness control. Content of regulations of special interest for vacuum technology is presented. In addition, regulations are introduced which are of relevance for industrial tightness control. Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Artikel fasst die aktuell geltenden nationalen und internationalen Normen fur Lecksuche und Dichtheitsprufung zusammen. Der Inhalt der speziell fur die Vakuumtechnik relevanten Normen wird vorgestellt. Zusatzlich werden Normen vorgestellt, welche die Grundlage fur industrielle Serienprufungen darstellen.
