摘要
The text begins with a proposed definition of Public Relations: The principal-communicative characteristics, its fields of activity, and the typology of its actors, are the main bases on which the Law, Ethics and Deontology of PR should be approached. The main foreign deontological codes existing in this field are analysed. Finally a study is made of the deontological codes of journalism existing in Spain and their silence regarding the real role of PR.
