摘要
A digital system for an automatic beam alignment is described, capable of achieving a beam alignment of 10(-9) rd/square-rootHz for frequencies above 1 Hz. The usefulness of the digital system is based on its ability to diagonalize the feedback matrix for any complex servo-controlled subsystems included in large experiments.
