PSEUDOPHOTON DIFFUSION AND RADIATION OF CHARGED-PARTICLE IN A RANDOMLY INHOMOGENEOUS-MEDIUM

摘要：
The radiation emitted by a charged particle moving in a randomly inhomogeneous medium is considered. In determining the intensity of the radiation the diffusion of the pseudophoton emitted is taken into account. It is shown that in the shortwave range lambda << l (l is the photon mean free path in the medium) the corresponding contribution to the intensity of the radiation is the main one. Intensity fluctuations and polarization of the radiation are also investigated.
